Good luck finding a browser that offers both agentic and AI features for free. Comet charges for them, and ChatGPT’s upcoming Atlas browser will likely do the same or require a premium ChatGPT subscription to unlock its full potential. Microsoft Edge seems to tie advanced features to a Copilot 360 plan.
At the end of the day, you’re paying for access to powerful AI capabilities—that’s what drives the cost. If you’re not willing to pay, then those advanced features (and the browsers that include them) just aren’t for you, because high-end AI always comes with a price tag.
The holiday season is here, which means it’s time for a little break. We’ll be taking some time off, so things might be a bit quieter on the forum for a while.

@cattyattie While still a useful function that is not what I was refering to.
This would work if you wanted to open the currently visited page in a new tab, which is one of the things you could do with Alt+Enter before and no longer can now, so this at least solves that issue.
But it would still not solve the issue of selecting something from the drop-down and hitting Alt+Enter to open that in a new tab. Like when I type in "Halo" and then hit the up-arrow the youtube video in the screenshots below.
Middle mouse button works fine but Alt+Enter does not.
@leocg I logged into the same account I used for ~2 years, same email and same password as I've only every made an Opera account under one Email, and when i tried all my other emails it says that no accounts under that username or email exist.
Would be great to be able to close tab again...
Currently if a lot of tabs are opened so that if you position cursor over a tab the list of tabs disaplyed "as prompt" vertically is using all available space on list, I cannot click anything on this tab including right mouse button to expand menu because right now the tab is hidden by row with some kind of emojis.
