Who mentioned a fix? I was just saying that the problem also happens here.

If that page is one previously visited, it happens here too. Occasionally when I start Opera, a previous closed page randomly reopens.

I use the developer version, maybe that's why it has been gone since a while for me.

Nope, I don't know the reason but I think it juts became kinda useless.

Probably the release is being gradually enabled in different parts of the world.

As far as I know, there is no way to do it.
