@Vilhenzo The Forgot Password link can be found in the login page (auth.opera.com) when you access it being logged off.

You need to provide the password used to encrypt the synced saved passwords, so the new one will only work for passwords saved from that point.

@Vilhenzo You don;t need a password to use the passwords manager. However, if you want to recover your saved passwords from Sync, you need to provide your Opera account password.
