Nope. No 7-Zip here. I also tried downloading it after turning off Microsoft Defender, but that didn't work either.
Usually when I try to download things from GitHub (like explorer patcher) Microsoft Defender shows the 'blocked' prompt, which if I expand I can click on 'install anyway'. However this one shows the problem in 7-Zip despite me not having it installed.
@AL133 your first window ("Applications") points to the path /Applications , while the second ("Searching...") shows /home/Applications - you can move "Opera Air.app" directly from Finder to Trash to uninstall it

Some additional advices from our tech team:
"Users can try Google's solution: https://support.google.com/chrome/thread/348515764?hl=en&msgid=351376637
Relog, log out and log in again to MS accounts, family owner, family members - after above Solution^
Keep in mind that sometimes, users need to wait till change will be applied onto their systems (unfortunately)"

@slf3 thanks for answer. So far, we didn't reproduce it as some global issue.
Therefore, it would be better to report it officially as a bug via browser and share more details. Like operating system, browser version etc.

That way it would reach a proper team that can investigate deeper.
@Mlipka Sorry for the delay in response. The same exact thing still happens. Opera Air will not connect to My Flow on my iPhone 11 w/Opera. If I try to connect My Flow from Opera Air to my iPhone 11 w/OperaGX then it works flawlessly. BTW I'm the OP under a different userID.
