Unable to change wallpaper since recent update

Can't change wallpaper after the ambience update came out. It doesn't let me select any wallpaper and is stuck on the default wallpaper.

Tried switching ambience modes, wallpaper on off.
Also doesn't let me add custom wlalpaper.
Windows 11.
