@mohamedsalah That’s fantastic to hear! I really appreciate that you’re looking for ways to refine and improve tab management in Opera Air.

I have to say, though—I’m genuinely surprised that Tab Islands didn’t make it into Opera Air from day one! Given how well they align with the philosophy of a mindful and clutter-free browsing experience, I would have expected them to be a core feature right from the start.

But knowing that you’re working on enhancing the tab management experience gives me hope that something exciting is on the way. I’ll be eagerly waiting to see how Opera Air evolves—thanks for the great work and for keeping us in the loop!

@mohamedsalah i just thought of one more thing, in a normal single tab, make a button that when click, immediately make a split screen (as a start page) out of that single tab im in.
So that i dont need to go to make another single tab, leaving the tab im in at the moment and drag it to make split screen, i could immediately make a split screen with the tab im in right now. that would be faster and efficient.

Tab Islands Is creating more rest. This way you can minimize some islands when you do not need them, and then you know they are part of each other.
