  Did an update on my samsung S9 device yesterday, 5/2/25, when complete I opened the browser and found it deleted all my bookmarks, speed dial short cuts and history. What's going on here!!! Do you ppl know how much time you have cost me??? There are items there that I need, many new that I need to do more research on and now their gone!!! Filed a report and all I get are crickets!!
  What kind of company does that to its customers...
