Subject: Request for customizable virtual keyboard layout in the browser
Dear development team,
I would like to bring to your attention an aspect of the virtual keyboard integrated into the browser that, in my opinion, could be improved to provide a more comfortable and functional user experience for the majority of users.
Currently, on the first page of the virtual keyboard, the slash (/) symbol has replaced the comma (,). I understand that this choice may have been made with a more technical or programming use in mind, where the slash is frequently used. However, most users primarily use the browser for writing texts, browsing, and communicating, activities in which the comma is a much more common and important symbol.
This layout is therefore unintuitive and slows down typing for those who write a lot, creating a frustrating experience. For this reason, I suggest introducing a feature that allows users to choose or customize the virtual keyboard layout, so they can have the comma easily accessible on the first page if they wish.
I believe this change would significantly improve user satisfaction and make the keyboard more versatile and suitable for different types of use.
Thank you for your attention and for your continuous efforts to improve the browser.
Best regards, Gabriela Stoleru
