In this update, we’ve addressed crash issue found by our QA team
I thought the issue was reported by users here in the blog and after that it was fixed.

@thelittlebrowserthatcould I guess the problem was found by users and QA team redirected the issue to developers after reading the blog ))
But maybe I'm wrong. -

@andrew84: Yes, I can confirm that. Usually you could just swipe far to the top right corner and click, so it closed. Now you have to hover exactly over the X button. Small inconvenience, but it would be great if it can fe fixed. Guess these buttons have rounded corners now, so few pixels are missing, therefore you don't hit when it is the pixel in the exact top right corner.

@cookie-drummer: So all the people in the community went and looked through opera's source code and were like "Hmm... Aha! I found the bug! It's 'DNA-110952 Crash at base::subtle::RefCountedBase::ReleaseImpl() const'"? The users reported the bug, the opera QA team found it and fixed it. I think it is sad how ungrateful these people are. Opera is an awesome browser. Keep up the good work, Opera!
Hi, I'm Best_codes! I'm a full-stack web dev who moderates on the makeblock forum. I have a website, https://bestcodes.dev. I love Opera, so I'm on here occasionally to report bugs and answer some questions.

Opera One(version: 102.0.4880.78)
Buuuut...
Chromium:116.0.5845.188
Chrome/116.0.0.0
Did I do something wrong?
Opening a Speed Dial folder in new tabs still opens the first page outside of the group, maybe I'm the only one opening tabs like that.

@hectormaciasa1979 I guess they just incorporated the security fixes of Chromium 117.0.5938.132 into this release.

@cookie-drummer It was reported and fixed in August. The fix was released as part of Opera 103.

@bestcodes Nope. Users just clicked the upload button and found the crash. I guess bugs are fixed by Developer team, not by QA team.
If the bag was fixed yet in Aug, maybe it means that QA team didn't provide the fix to be applied in Stable release. -

Ai search pop-up doesn't work anymore, the icons on the tabs and the bookmarks are not shown

@andrew84: I think some forget this is a collaboration between the Opera developers, Opera QA and users. Each have a part to play in fixing and improving the product. Sometimes it falls more in one group than in the others, but it would be wise for everyone to recognise the importance of them all.
I wish there was more direct communication between the users and Opera. I realise not all users have useful, quantifiable input to give but many do. People like in the community. So many bugs and useability issue have been found by this community. I also wish there was a means to see which of my bugs are still in an unresolved state within Opera - there is no way to see this list.

Windows 10---he double arrow for resizing the browser window is still missing at the top of the window. It is present on the left and right sides, as well as at the bottom, where it works as expected.

The Chrome/Chromium team decided to cut the version numbers, so in the id string it appears as the chrome team decided, but in the info page Opera shows us the full version.

I hate the new UI island interface, .... moving to Vivaldi Browser ... Opera team seems to do not care about all the comments about bringing back the old theme on the version 99 .... really sad

Do you really want to talk about testing processes with me?
