Summary
Add a user setting in opera://settings to configure the insertion order for newly created bookmarks: "Add new bookmarks to: Top of folder (Newest first) / Bottom of folder (Default)".

Problem Statement
Currently in Opera, whenever a user bookmarks a page (via the address bar heart icon, Ctrl+D, or context menu), the new bookmark is strictly appended to the very bottom of the selected folder.
For users who maintain large folders (30â100+ links), every newly added link requires either:
Scrolling through the entire lengthy dropdown list every single time to access the recently added item; or Manually dragging the bookmark from the bottom to the top.
Proposed Solution
Provide a simple toggle in opera://settings (under the Bookmarks section):
Bookmark placement order: Top of folder (inserts new bookmarks at index: 0) Bottom of folder (classic Chromium append behavior)
This setting should apply both when saving to the default folder and when a different folder is selected in the heart button popup dialog.

@sgunhouse Yes, that's it. It's more of a progressive thing however, if I am watching it the audio isn't out of sync with the film/tv show to begin with, but it slowly becomes out of sync, refreshing the page fixes that but only for a short while. I have only recently started using Opera, so I am unsure whether this could be due to an option that I could select in order to stop this from happening.

Speaking of Speed dial - I miss Stash.

I use the Pocket extension for this purpose. You could also use the sidebar extension, V7 Stash. They both work excellently.

On the menu go to Settings. In the sidebar, click on the option to show "Advanced" settings. Click on the Browser section, and scroll down to "Start Page". Select "Hide Search box".

Where I do see such suggestion it is on old Help pages for Opera 12 (Presto) - but you have to google that page up...

Hello folks.
Thank you for the support and tips.
All you were right: one extension was leaking the real IP by WebRTC. For my surprise was "Privacy Badger" of EFF.
This extension set "Use default public network interfaces only" as default. In this option de real IP of ISP leaks.
For curiosity I also tried "Use default public and private network interfaces only" and "Use any suitable network interface (recommended)". Both leaked my ISP's IP and local router IP.

@garypen Well I have tried it in the past (about a year ago) but mainly I don't like the forced Windows 10 look of it and I'm used also to Opera's method of creating thumbnails for the Speed Dial items, although I liked a lot that in Vivaldi you could have as many Speed Dials you 'd want to, contrary to Opera where it gets confusing and untidy if you have many. It shouldn't have any peformance problems (I found this also http://www.digitaljournal.com/internet/op-ed-vivaldi-s-new-version-1-12-browser-worth-trying/article/505723 confirming it), and its bookmarks method in a tree amongst many other things are more on the classic path of Opera Presto or Firefox.
