If this is of any help: The Lucid Mode button is working, I can toggle it on and off in the settings and it appears on a video when on.

It seems to have been attached to an extension Privacy Protector that I didn't install. This extension is mentioned in the link above. I have removed it now.

I finally figured out how to disable the really dumb emoji thing that kept adding hearts and other stuff to my tabs just by trying to switch to another tab or quickly moving the mouse over to click on a bookmark.

I really want this bloat gone. I want the volume booster gone.

Looks like due to that situation, Opera either corrupted your existing session files or started with fresh ones. See https://forums.opera.com/post/402318 for some things to check.

I am currently enjoying my experience on Opera One, however I do have one suggestion I'd like to see:
I would like for an entire tab Island to be split screen with others, perhaps even independent from the active workspace as I like to have a stream or two active so I can chat.
