Update: I opened Opera again last night and weirdly all my data including my previous opened tabs were retrieved??? Is this normal?

My macbook ran out of battery (it was in sleep mode) so I charged it and logged in as usual, but I noticed my mouse and speaker weren't connected to the bluetooth so I restarted my macbook. I opened Opera but the speed dial page looked different, usually after I accidentally closed Opera, I could just reopen my last closed tabs but the shortcut was not working. I logged in to my Opera account to see if I could reopen my tabs from the synced data and it didn't work. I also tried to access Opera Synchronization (https://imgur.com/NYNibF9) they have my data but I can't access them, also the last time it synced was probably four months ago. My history, bookmarks, saved passwords-gone.

So... how do I get them back?
