Best Speed Dial on a desk top browser. I have tried other Browsers with Speed Dials Extensions and don't work as well.
I use Opera on a Windows Desktop, Android Phone and Tablet and it works seamlessly for me.
Firefox is a resource hog and I wont use Edge as M$ already have way too much Power.

I asked in a Windows 11 support forum and the Icon is for Opera to serve ads.
Brave is doing the same thing they are very open about it, a big ad across the start page, an explanation and you can easily disable it in Brave.

@andrew84 Thanks Andrew84, I am trying Ghostery and will switch to AdBlock Plus to try also. I don't know if its scaremongering but I have read that there maybe security risks in running unsupported Extensions and prefer to be cautious.

@Kilian01 Google have updated the Manifest Version to V3 for extensions.
It is going to be up to the Developers if they update the extensions.

@sicu220 Google updated the Manifest to V3 which affects the way uBlock Origin functions,
UBlock Origin still works in non Chrome Browsers e.g. Firefox and other Firefox based browsers.
You can try Operas Built in AdBlocker or try other extensions, Adblock Plus or Ghostery from the Opera Store or search on the Google Store for different AdBlockers.

I have made a number of my own Speed Dial Icons for use with Opera One in Windows.
In Gimp my master file is 900 Pixels Wide x 540 Pixels High at 300 Pixels Per Inch or 118 Pixels Per Cm RGB Colour Space.
I have Guides Left and Right 43 Pixels in from each edge and 80 Pixels from the Top and Bottom.
Within the guides I place anything that is Super Critical text etc.
I export the Icons as flattened PNG files.
I also have used Inkscape to create Icons and and used the 900x540 Dimensions and guides though with Inkscape being Vector you do not specify resolution until exporting the PNG files.

@fm42 Have you tried restarting the computer, then uninstalling Opera.
If that does not work, try Revo uninstaller you only need the free version.

@aviora I don't work for Opera so I have no idea.
If you are willing to try, you could Downland the current build from the FTP link in the previous post and see if that works.
When you tried to reinstall the current build previously did you download the online or offline installer ?
The files on the FTP link are the Offline Installers.

Uninstall Opera, download and install an older build.
If the older build works without issue you know its a problem with the current build.

@live1one Do you have Cloudflare enabled as Secure DNS in Opera and / or in the Network Settings on the Note9?

@live1one Rolex Forums page opened no issues on my Pixel Phone and Tablet in Opera.
