133.0.5932.34 win11 - unable to submit a bug.
Classic theme or any theme selected has its main color flashed before loading a site... for example if red based theme, then upon clicking a link, it goes white background - theme color - white background associated with the loaded site. This happened for the last 2-3 versions as well but it became super annoying in time.
