To see what it might look like in Opera One if it had it, check in Opera GX. You can name tab islands there. It's pretty nice.
Islands are disappeared / decoupled

Yes, I have the same feeling that Opera One teams does not listen this forum. I also reported two bugs, easy reproductibile, and since 2 major versions nothing happened.

@Reitei17 please use shortcut cmd + / (for Mac) or ctrl + / (Windows) to open tab commands as described in the article and then ask to group your tabs

@sandager ya, I completely agree, especially when you're a student with tabs for each subject. I would like to at least be able to color-code them myself.
How can I stop Opera from automatically grouping tabs?

Dragging out a tab from a full screen window makes a new window that isn't full screen

Pinned tab gets muted if it's playing sound and I try to switch to it.
