The original 6 workstations have gone back to their original names as well. I use Opera One(version: 131.0.5877.55) Is there anyway to get them back with the tabs without having to recreate them?

As @leocg mentioned, it's expected to not see tabs in a Fullscreen mode.

I've checked Chrome and it also doesn't show tabs

Switch From Snap to Official .deb

The Snap build is the most common source of session issues.

Remove Snap:

sudo snap remove opera

Download the official .deb from:
https://www.opera.com/download

Install:

sudo dpkg -i opera-stable_*.deb
sudo apt -f install

The .deb version stores profile data normally under:

~/.config/opera/

This alone fixed the issue for many... you can try and tell if it worked or not. I am most probably sure, this will be working for you too.

About 2x as difficult, given the size with and without the padding area, which is a huge difference. At least some of the surrounding padding definitely should be included in the clickable area.

To include a tab from outside of the island in the island, you can right click on the outside tab and use the move to menu
