islands issue

@burnout426 said in Creating Island with drag&drop is hell:

While in the drag state, try hovering over the other tab longer before you drop

@burnout426 wow, that's really an answer! I think we could close the topic. Thank you.

To see what it might look like in Opera One if it had it, check in Opera GX. You can name tab islands there. It's pretty nice.

@alishafai Could you please explain your case? What kind of extensions would you like to use for two tabs at the same time?
Thank you!

tab island opera one tabs management

@EmmanuelYee Agreed! I think we should also be able to rename it ourselves like in OperaGX. Except maybe it is already a feature, although I cant find it...

Yes, I have the same feeling that Opera One teams does not listen this forum. I also reported two bugs, easy reproductibile, and since 2 major versions nothing happened.

B

@sandager ya, I completely agree, especially when you're a student with tabs for each subject. I would like to at least be able to color-code them myself.

@CSBlueBeard Did you manage to find a fix for this, the only reason I wasn't updating to the latest was because of this but now I have no other choice.

@JakubBr This is a great idea and would be an easy solution to implement, since they already have all that space there.
