Define "all". You don't really want to disable the Enter or Esc keys, for example. You can disable (or enable - they are disabled by default) single-key shortcuts like using 1 and 2 to switch tabs in Settings under "Advanced keyboard shortcuts"; under "Configure shortcuts" you can change a lot of shortcuts one at a time.

I've tested Kiosk switches, but none of them seems to work.

PNG is lossless and JPG is not. Thus PNG is the much much much better choice for graphical content. If you prefer lossy JPG you can convert the PNG into it with IrfanView or approx a million other freeware tools.
