Removed bookmarks showing up again after restart

my problem is when i delete something from the Bookmark bar. and i restart the browser or the laptop . it show up again in the same place .. !
this is annoying . is there a solution?

If you have specific bookmarks or data synced using Opera's sync feature, then it will just keep synchronizing. Try checking sync.opera.com and see if you can remove the data from there.
