If you have a PC with Sync enabled, go to Manage Bookmarks (Ctrl-Shift-B) and click on "Other speed dials". Delete the folder for the device in question, and the device will be removed from the server.

@shajins2k Every time you close Opera, or every time you restart your computer?

You being signed in somewhere is controlled by a cookie for that site. So if you've set Opera to throw away new cookies on exit, that will log you out. Alternatively some third-party privacy software can be configured to delete cookies - that even includes CCleaner. So if cookies are deleted every time you restart the computer, check for something like that.

Hover it, click the "..." behind the location name, select Change location. Fairly obvious.

On the menu go to Settings. In the sidebar, click on the option to show "Advanced" settings. Click on the Browser section, and scroll down to "Start Page". Select "Hide Search box".

@sirblobfish If you go to

chrome://flags/#enable-force-dark

you will see about 10 different options in the dropdown related to force dark mode, including one that applies it only to non-image elements.. You might try that.

@dion06 They're not in Stable yet, so give them time. Opera One is still in Developer, not even Beta yet. When version 100 reaches Stable, then we'll have tab islands. GX is generally a little behind Stable even. Will tab islands be coming to GX? I'm not a developer and don't know for sure, but I expect them to. But it'll be a couple of months I guess.

Actually, you can copy them from "Other speed dials" but you can't sync them directly. Many people have Opera on several machines (say, home and work) and want different speed dials on different machines. There is a feature request for a way to actually sync them; add your support to that request.

As I'm one of those who never has more than 5 tabs open at a time, search in tabs is almost useless to me. But Leo and I are not developers, Opera Software will do what they want not what I want.

Has to do with what happens when you hover (mouse over) a speed dial tile; it isn't a big thing.

@mobiletony2 If uou are using the VPN, turn it off. They may be looking at the IP address and saying "We don't have any users there".

@TkleinC I don't understand this question. If it's built-in, it is already there. So how would you add it? I gather you're talking about the sidebar (whether you realize it or not).

@Sraqa In Opera One, you can find it by typing "dark" into the search field in Settings - you'll find it under Themes as "Force dark theme on websites".

Night mode actually involves reducing the blueness of colors (on devices that have such a setting), Opera does not have a comparable function. Dark mode involves changing the background to a dark color (and making text light so that it is readable against that background) - that is what @leocg is asking.

@Sraqa It's called Force Dark Mode.

@lamisalex3533 Most likely, your server doesn't recognize Opera and doesn't know what to send it. Opera uses just basic Chromium, and so code for Chrome should work fine.

@aDashi001 You posted in the wrong forum, so I took a wild guess (based on just seeing the same link added to my tablet this morning), but if I placed it in the wrong forum let me know and I'll move it.

As far as it goes, promoted speed dials and searches are how Opera gets paid for their free browser. If you use their speed dial Amazon sees you used that link and pays Opera some small amount. If you never use Amazon you can just delete it - I did.

@Sylvantis One option in Opera GX is a wallpaper switcher, if that is enabled then you can't select a wallpaper normally.

@Licoalt Some of the themes change more than just the color, yes. And of course Opera GX tends towards a gamer orientation.
