• After relaunching after the update I got the message.

But it allowed to turn the extensions back on.

• the unknown bar at SD's the bottom is still not fixed and now it shows the red one while browser is starting.
  

• What's that on SD page above the search box ??

My Opera dev. updated. Opera Dev not opening problem solved(thanks). And it opened. . I think it was reinstalled itself because everything started over. Luckily I have an opera account and I turned on syncing. But I had to readjust a lot of things.

*While closing I was suggested 'don't show again' and I have no problems with its reappearing so far.

I can confirm the icon is reappearing (on new tabs as it seems) and it's bad (very).

Another issue I noticed is that after minimizing, while restoring I can see a red full screen flashbang.

I asked in a Windows 11 support forum and the Icon is for Opera to serve ads.
Brave is doing the same thing they are very open about it, a big ad across the start page, an explanation and you can easily disable it in Brave.

@Opera-Comments-Bot When I have more than 120 tabs open, the tab bar with icons pops up and prevents me from closing the tab. Instead of clicking the cross to close the tab, I constantly click the heart icon because the bar obscures the tab view.

When viewed in Android Chrome (and probably others), the changelog is formatted such that long lines are truncated, and does not allow 'zoom out', nor horizontal scrolling.

So for instance the 3rd item reads:

DNA-124040 AddressFieldHelperClipboardTest.G|
fails randomly

(where 'G|' is actually about 80% of a 'G').

Please fix the CSS to allow h-scrolling, or allow breaking word wrap.

there is no forum for opera neon the new browser,i got an invite to try it.but 1st you have to PAY to get the download????? why would i pay monthly for a browser i cant even test to see if its any good????opera you messed up on this
