I have noticed for quite some time now that the audio volume of videos starts off muted and I have to unmute it every time. What could this be due to?

@leocg When the message appears I am already logged into Amazon. If I enter the PIN it gives me an error, if I cancel the window disappears.

Why Opera sometimes request me a PIN to login to Amazon? Only to Amazon.
Also if I enter it it gives an error and I enter anyway.
