Permission for file editing in is not requested

OS: Windows 10
Browser: Opera and Opera GX
Opera GX Version: 82.0.4227.50

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open opera browser
2. Access https://vscode.dev
3. Click in Open Folder button
4. Choose any folder

After step 4 the file editing permission must be requested like image below from Google Chrome

Expected behavior:
Permission for file editing must be requested like occours in Chrome or Edge

@leocg Probably not ... Opera doesn't generally allow remote sites access to local files or folders.

@drmaurer I checked with opera://flags/#reduce-user-agent enabled but didn't get any dialog asking to access the folder/file.

@leocg I did open developer tools in Opera GX and then I type

window.showDirectoryPicker()

After select the folder the PromiseState changed to rejected

At Google Chrome de behavior was different

After select the folder the file editing permission was requested

After select the folder the PromiseState changed to fulfilled

Works in Opera 75 but not 81 or newer. Didn't narrow it down more than that, but seems like a bug to me.

Edit: Works in 78.0.4093.231, but not in 79.0.4143.22 and newer.

This is fixed now in Opera Developer at least.
