After select the folder the PromiseState changed to rejected

At Google Chrome de behavior was different

After select the folder the file editing permission was requested

OS: Windows 10
Browser: Opera and Opera GX
Opera GX Version: 82.0.4227.50

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open opera browser
2. Access https://vscode.dev
3. Click in Open Folder button
4. Choose any folder

After step 4 the file editing permission must be requested like image below from Google Chrome

Expected behavior:
Permission for file editing must be requested like occours in Chrome or Edge

@npisarek Yes, but the Opera Neon browsing experience is completely different and very enjoyable. The Opera forum that is different in participation is Opera Neon, I think you could support it because it is a product that has been very new in the media and completely different from other browsers.

@kened Yes, as long as that browser has the same proposed bubble instead of tabs experience.

Supporting Opera Neon in 2020 would be fantastic and I would use an Opera browser again.

@leocg Yes, I am grateful for this and I found it very cool, it was an evolution of the characteristics of Opera Neon. But these features did not bring me a new web browsing experience like Opera Neon, Opera does not have the same essence of Neon.

@leocg I believe everyone understands that Opera Neon is a concept browser however we like this concept and would like to see its evolution so even knowing that it is not the plan, we request for updates and there are several requests.
I think that Opera did not see the same potential that the users of Opera Neon saw, I confess that I am disappointed with this and that it is not really Opera fault.

Even today people remember, request and still use Opera Neon. They are two years without support or any bug fixes but even so people are fans of Opera Neon so it's very sad that Opera does not listen to its users and fans and does not continue with its most revolutionary project and that has had the most impact in recent days.
