@elbmek I have binned opera, causing too many software interruptions, but thats another story. Some of my software wont run under Opera.
It was Kaspersky Total that was screwing up some web videos. I changed setting in Kaspersky and GB News is now showing video and images;presume others are doing same
Thank you for all your work. It is greatly appreciated.
@leocg
thanks for answer
You didn't say why you suggested 116, I thought I had automatic updates.
I've had very few occasions for testing -but it is back working at least once.
However since i've had a no sound problem without VPN on Firefox - Opera or Windows 11 thing?
Can't make out this message found when I looked back to my post "This topic has been deleted. "
@Sire-DZG I am not the thread opener, I was just trying to give a possible explanation as to why Aria refused to answer the TO's request. I myself have no problems with Aria so far.
@dordob No crashes.
I use only Norton antivirus but i don't think its the problem, bc on my other gx profil everything fine... I guess it's something in settings/Extensions...
@burnout426 it's not "Guest tabs", i turned it off and I still have this problem...
What is interesting not all tabs jump, the firsts one stay in the right place, the rest go to last use workplace...
@Sire-DZG Actually, you are misinformed as to what "synchronization" is in Opera. Opera is a combination of "back-up" and "synchronization". Bookmarks are synchronized across all devices. Passwords, etc may be also. Speed-dials are NOT. They are only backed up to the server. If you want a particular speed-dial on all of your devices you have to copy and paste it from one device to another. As the data is displayed right now it is impossible to determine if any other synchronized features are encountering the same issue.
@malugatina:
I am thinking in doing the same. I used for years Firefox and since there were lately to many errors, like Firefox NOT responding I decided to install Opere and see what it does
