Finally fixed it. Used this link https://rongjiecomputer.github.io/chrome/bookmark-recovery/#windows, and converted my bookmarks.bat into an html file, which FINALLY worked. I feel so light now I could fly.

@jaca1116 In Opera One Developer, go to sidebar settings and enable it.

According to an icon, I thought it was extension from the Google, but i see that it promotes russia and mail.ru. Why you are still exist? It's so misleading. Don't want to see your products.

@burnout426 Thank U !!! Great reply but that didn't work. Another but...it let me think a little bit more and try to find extensions that I have...so I have disabled them one by one and - Opera Wallet is the culprit here...
Disabled it and now my tmetric works fine.
So thanks once again and hopefully that will also help others if they ever have similar issue.

opera seems a really good browser and theres much to like but since the chinese take over I find it hard to trust, consequently I good never make a default browser or use it for anything personal

mate, can you share your site URL here? So we can check it. You should clear cache to fix this issue.
Also, have you checked your. .Htaccess file? Maybe opera is blocked by that?

Just updated form 115.0.5322.119 to 116.0.5366.35
I have the same issue in both versions: Right click on any page to 'inspect' in an external DevTools window. 1st 'inspect' is ok. If I do a second 'inspect' while external DevTools window is open, Opera closes an reopens with blank page.

If DevTools is not in an external window this bug doesn't appear.

I wonder that it still can't be simply dragged and dropped onto the toolbar and doesn't have a volume adjustments like was shown on demo (https://forums.opera.com/post/354720).
And also can't moved and its position is fixed inside the toolbar.

After the mini player was moved there's no more possibility to 'pin' it using the mini player itself (instead of the three dots menu there's 'x' button).

Obviously, there's no need to show the control buttons all the time, and it'd be more helpful to show artist and song name (as running text) when cursor doesn't hover the player. Also, control buttons have no hover effect.
