I am having the same issue. Checked for Opera updates and one was available, updated to 53.0.2907.106 but issue persists. OS is Windows 10 v1803. The site works correctly in Edge browser. Issue persists whether or not logged in to Google, and signed in as different users on Windows.
Further, in the reviews section of an app's information page the summary (5 ratings bars) is displayed but the review texts aren't visible, only a continuously rotating "loading" circle.
Since you said it loaded fine there, I downloaded a new Opera on a machine that never had it installed, and citi.com works. I did a "browser reset" on the failing machine, and citi.com works. I'll take it from here.
@nvmjustagirl I have captured the crash log in this paste:
My laptop is Lenovo Y50 with UHD touch screen, intel i7 4710. I have never had a problem with video driver with any apps before. Just this Opera seemed to crash once in a while.
The message seemed to indicate:
Trying to call glGetShaderPrecisionFormat without current GL context
Trying to call glClientWaitSync without current GL context
Trying to call glGetError without current GL context
GpuProcessHostUIShim: The GPU process crashed!
This has happened randomly, and not on a particular website, eg: this crash log was captured when I was checking gmail.
@gromanbel It doesn't seem to be an Opera feature but something generated by the site itself or by a third party.
I'm not seeing it here.
Follow the instructions at https://forums.opera.com/topic/23068/instructions-on-posting-about-problems-in-opera-for-computers
Close down Opera and edit operaprefs.ini (see "Menu -> Help -> About Opera" for the location first. Take note of the "mail" folder location too). Under the "[Mail]" section add (or set if it's already there):
Mail Root Directory=drive_you_want://folder_you_want/mail
Then, before you start Opera, move the "mail" folder so that it's in "folder_you_want". Then, when you start Opera, you should be good to go.
You can set the Mail Root Directory in opera:config, close Opera, move the mail folder and start Opera if you want to do it that way instead.
