I went to, Opera, Preferences, then did a search for sites, and then clicked on Site Settings, then clicked on Cookies and site data, then added the (.webp).
Also went to Images in the same area and added the same (.webp).
Also disabled "Use a prediction service to load pages more quickly".

Those lines you mention are for adding a udev rule, i.e. something that would iidentify the device properly under linux.
Other than that, there are 2 certificate files (.pem) in the downloads page. Try downloading them and importing them to opera by hand, via opera://settings/certificates.
I have nothing else to suggest since the "FAQ: How do I set up my Linux system to use my HyperFIDO U2F security key?" links to a 404 page.

Is there some feature you would love see added to Opera browser on computer? Let us know!
I use Opera most of the time for posting to facebook, Twitter and similar. I am a terrible speller. I rely on spell check a lot. The english language spell check that comes with Opera catches most errors but offers no correct spelling. Or it offers ones that are not even close. Even I can tell they aren't close. This means I have to stop and do a google search for the correct word. Time consuming and annoying. I have had to do it three time just in these few lines. Since the Google spell check is so good perhaps you could license that. Maybe it's a translation thing from your language. Whatever it is please do some kind of upgrade. I don't want to go back to using bloatware Chrome.
In addition: Win 8.1 Opera 49.0.2725.47 icon on the push not displayed http://prntscr.com/hge2i7
Improvement. May be it'll be better to open new tab after click on push instead opening new opera window? Or this parameter can be changed somewhere?
@leocg said in Opera turbo with https connections?:
@tempale Basically privacy and security.
I do not need privacy I need to save traffic. I want to choose what I need.
However, I no longer use the opera (and for this reason in particular)
@sgunhouse Yes, that's it. It's more of a progressive thing however, if I am watching it the audio isn't out of sync with the film/tv show to begin with, but it slowly becomes out of sync, refreshing the page fixes that but only for a short while. I have only recently started using Opera, so I am unsure whether this could be due to an option that I could select in order to stop this from happening.
@rudrick said in How to modify the speed dial to look branchy, instead of tiles?:
Speaking of Speed dial - I miss Stash.
I use the Pocket extension for this purpose. You could also use the sidebar extension, V7 Stash. They both work excellently.
