Search Suggestions Gone, Again

Kindly check why this was removed when it was already added before.
I'm getting annoying and wrong automatic results again.

I didn't do anything other than let the software update to its current version.

Maybe redesign and simplify the settings ui rather than looking like a cluttered arrangement of toggles like what it is now.
