@andrew84 I was already given an answer ) https://forums.opera.com/post/358015
Now I have to make 3 extra steps to simply switch between dark/light themes. The another one implementation that confirms my comment here https://forums.opera.com/post/357228
*It was simply needed to allow customizing light/dark themes in Settings (modules transparency, blurriness, colors, wallpapers and etc.), save it and have two slots by default (1st for light theme and 2nd for dark one) which will be used in EasySetup.
But instead the EasySetup was turned into 'ComplexSetup' menu.
** Also, the colors palette pane, which doesn't show colors but only the 'dot' shows color when moving (blindly) looks more than strange.

What is this? In the status bar at the bottom left, addresses (URLs) of several tabs appear to be superimposed. I wanted to display the actual address of a link in the Opera forum, but that is not possible. This faulty display spans the entire width of the screen and does not seem to stop.
Edit:
After restarting Opera the issue went away. Strange. -

@ralf-brinkmann This happens when you click the Easy Setup button and click "Edit Theme" for a theme. As soon as you click "Edit Theme", the Easy Setup menu will disappear, your mouse will hover over a speed dial and then the edit theme page will show. This leaves a dangling tooltip because the cursor never gets to mouseout of the speed dial. Minimizing Opera and restoring it and hovering back and forth over some speed dials (including the one that got hovered when editing the theme) should fix it without needing to restart Opera.

@daria19 Thanks. Was just going to file a report on this until I saw your comment.

@burnout426,
I didn't click any Easy Setup button or any other one. I had just installed and opened Opera and was cycling through my open tabs. Then I wanted to see the link to the new blog and hovered the link text with the mouse pointer. This was the moment I discovered this new behaviour.
In the meantime, I have done my tax return and now the effect is back. I can even see the link to the tax portal page that has already been closed in the status bar. And minimizing and maximizing again doesn't help. -

I found another oddity:
If I want to minimize the Opera window, either by clicking on the icon at the top right or using the keyboard (ALT-Space, "N"), it first switches to a completely black window and only then shrinks down to the taskbar.

And please make it possible to choose a classic theme with the colors in the color scheme that is now in Opera by default. Otherwise, it is not always possible to manually select exactly the color that you have become accustomed to over many years.

Why you removed the themes flag? Currently the themes doesn't look like a ready to use feature.

Here all modules (its edges), (address bar, bookmarks bar, sidebar, extensions) don't look like round cornered rectangles. Don't look like tabs if shortly speaking.
but look like the rectangles were stretched so look like a 'sausage'. At least here on 13.3 display.
Also, there're still 'holes' in the UI when modules (sidebar or sidebar setup for example) are opened.
