@Opera-Comments-Bot Well, it took about 3-4 months, but now I can finally stream videos and make video calls on Opera without the browser crashing.
Opera isn't fully out of the woods 100% - the browser still mutes itself if I go to any other window - but some of Opera's basic functionality is back now.
EDIT: Never mind, the audio muting is a problem with one of the Dell drivers in Windows 11. Opera itself seems to be fine now.

"hhttps://secure.fanboy.co.nz/fanboy-annoyance_ubo.txt"- incorrect address in ad filter "Fanboy's annoyance list". Should be https:// at begining of address, not hhttps. Please correct this one.

Why are people forced to tell Opera why they install Opera? Is this information sent to Opera Software and what is done with it? What exactly is stored with this information?

@whisperer It's clearly just something for them to get some statistics about their user base. Seems something very trivial.

they probably wouldn't get their answers
Sure, but the talk is about not forcing users to answer if someone is concerned about telemetry. Usually similar windows appear after software uninstalling and usually are optional or open in new tab and thus closable.
