@andrew84 Using OMenu or shortcut gives the same result.

Edit: In general, other toolbar/address bar icons clicking after the saerch tabs was clicked also produce crashes.

I still have the big font problem. In O Menü and tabs. It appeared recently, a couple of versions ago. There is no such problem in the stable version. I didn't make any changes to my laptop.

            I' m using Ubuntu 24.10.

@andrew84: Hi! This was a crash related to DNA-122862. We didn’t have clear steps to reproduce it earlier, but it’s already been fixed now. Thanks for your patience!

@parduspars: Thanks for the report! I haven’t been able to reproduce the big font issue on my side, but I’ll keep an eye on it and investigate what might be causing it. Noting that it only appears in recent versions and not in stable is helpful. Let me know if you notice any additional details!

I did'n (as far as I know) change any settings but I have too much tab and tab islands and with this version when I choose tab the tab bar does not always stay in that place at alla. So I have island with couple of tabs in same domain and I choose one but after that tab bar does not show this tab island and I must scroll tab bar to find it. Has anyone noticed this kind of behaviour? After update I have used ai to arrange tabs to tab island.

"DNA-122724 web page credentials popup has a chrome design"
"DNA-122723 ‘Accounts saved for this website’ popup has a chrome design"

Yikes! Why is Opera getting Chromified?? I liked the earlier design of the Accounts saved for this website popup so much with that theme color. It looked so cool, now it looks dull & pale.😒 I am afraid you will give a chrome design to Page information popup (at the address bar) too... or you already have... what is that web page credentials popup??

Please dont do it. I think UI/UX design matters a lot & should be unique to a browser, otherwise new users will think of Opera as a Chrome rip off!!

@krishnakrverma Because it's also based on Chromium.

@krishnakrverma: Opera is based on Chromium - and adds features and modifications to that. New features or popup-windows or changes are made of Chromiums. => all of those should be inspected and if necessary modified by Opera. So herecould be the BUG: Sometimes all of those changes are not noticed and this can happen.
But also we all know that we are using Developer version - which allows testing of premature version of Opera. It's better to allow big changes to being tested than waiting that every single detail has been fixe. When Developer moves to Next it's still unfinished and will contain bugs. And so called stable version always contains bugs too.

                                @krishnakrverma What do you mean?

The bug was that the pop-up looked like one from Chrome instead of one from Opera. They fixed it.

What do I need to enable or configure to see the map for Amazon deliveries again? This worked fine with older versions of Opera. Now I've disabled all my ad blockers (uBlock Origin, uMatrix), and I still don't see anything.

@pclaudel1 said in Opera 121.0.5572.0 developer update:

keeping the redesigned (why???) History page open

you mean the flag '#history-redesign' ?
Here it doesn't matter if the flag is disabled or not, crashes anyway.

But the flag state is glitchy as it seems.

                                            By default it shows 'enabled'

After relaunching it shows that the default state is disabled
