Only 2 builds for 94 version and now already 95..
The 'redesigned' start page is still bad and no flags to disable it.

There's a space between sidebar (in autohide mode) and History/Bookmarks panels, so the part (blue line on the screenshot) of wallpapers is visible.
*sidebar (in autohide mode ) still disappears after unpinning the panels.

@kened: The changelog is online now, sorry. And the blog page is still in progress but all comments and suggestions were reported. Stay tuned.

Not sure if it's been mentioned but the banner at the top of the blog post https://www-static-blogs.operacdn.com/desktop/wp-content/uploads/sites/3/2022/11/image-7-scaled.jpg is quite huge for a viewport of 1366 x 695 (on a 1366 x 768 screen). It's quite in your face at that size. I get why it's like that as it's set to span across the page and line up with the margins. But, the old blog post style was a lot better.

Despite three separate reports, the context menus on the Start Page (i.e., Speed Dial page) are still disabled. It's been weeks now! Tiles cannot be edited nor can they be trashed. For instance, with all context options disabled, the only way that a site can now be opened in Private Mode is by opening a private window directly from the Menu. The only way that a URL or site name can now be changed or edited is by doing it in Bookmarks.
Even more annoying is that the bottom row of tiles no longer clears the bottom of the screen when the scroll hits bottom. This is something else that was screwed up in this update to Opera 95. Does no one pay attention to these matters?
Other things are going wrong as well. For the first time ever today, my malware program, GridInSoft, thought Developer was dangerous malware. Also, when I tried to shop at IKEA, it refused log-in via Developer and repeatedly told me that I was a Robot, even when AdBlocker and Privacy Badger were disabled! Same thing happened with Beta, too. Stable is still OK, however.
Obviously, someone is trying to drive us to use Microsoft Edge. Who, besides the US government, hates privacy?

@pclaudel1 Regarding the context menus. What OS do you have?
Here on Win 8.1 works fine, including 'move to trash' which was fixed in this build.
Unfortunately, other visual bugs after the redesign still persist. -

Other visual issues on redesigned start page.
In tile's edit popup black text is hardly readable
Also, the cursor is almost invisible inside text fields (including fields on Add site and folder popups)
*I guess it should be white, like it looks currently in O93 when dark theme is enabled

@pclaudel1 I had no issues with showing tile's context menu (with the both 3 dots and right click). Only 'move to trash' option didn't work, so that's why I was referring to it.

@pclaudel1 8.1 support ends in January 2023.
But taking into account that there's no other complains about viewing the context menu, I think this is something related to your system particularly.*I don't know, mby try to disable all extensions or create a fresh profile to test, for example.

@andrew84 Hardly likely. Everything works as it should in Beta, and everything worked as it should prior to the absurd 95 "upgrade." My time is too precious to waste it in an attempt to solve a problem some self-important designer created.
As I said earlier, the redesign alone points to someone with the maturity level of a teenage girl. If problems persist or spread, I'm going to the Pale Moon browser and leave Opera to the kids.
Goodbye.
