@leocg said in Opera 65 comes with an improved tracker blocker and redesigned address bar:

@Evillol What is the problem with the page down and page up keys?

Hi, There is no page down and page up shortcut in the opera.
      Opera: https://i.ibb.co/125qBZw/opera.png
      Vivaldi: https://i.ibb.co/YPHR7Lf/vivaldi.png

I solved it using an extension but like I said; it would be nice if we could customize it without using extensions.
      just a suggestion. 🙂
      Thanks.

@Evillol PagebDown and Page Up are system shortcuts/keys, they should work with any program. And they work here.

Using newest opera I can't install 1password extension. It stays CRX header invalid.
          How to resolve this? thanks.

Already 5 days have passed when you fix the excessive CPU load while watching video and audio you at least answer Opera developers
The problem has long been identified is the indicator of video and music playback on the tab

                For Opera troubleshooting:

Here’s the original post that noted bug was known and in backlog. link

When connected to external monitor with multiple Opera windows, my laptop screen shows no line (toggling bookmarks bar makes the line briefly blink) but Opera windows on monitor have normal behavior, with line under address/bookmarks bar.

                WIN10-64. Opera 65.0.3467.42 Norwegian.

Every time Opera updates I have to remove several sites from the adblock exception list, such as *.google.com. Why are you overwriting my settings?

Please, bring back the Quick Access Panel.

One of the most useful Opera's feature was Quick Access Panel. It should come back.
Features like that are the difference between Opera and other Chromium's browsers.

Other users also miss this function, here is for example a German thread to it.

Here the reason for the removal is given and linked to the post of an Opera employee that this function might be made available again in the future.

I stopped using Firefox for actions like this: Good features that made it a superior browser have been suppressed over time.
                        I really sorry!

Block ads such as nano adblocker and defender extensions. Let's not see ad blocking alert and blocked ad boxes.

great, 65 uses ~25% cpu and ~100% gpu and many-many frames skipped on youtube
(version 64 used ~90% cpu and ~50% gpu and no freezes on youtube → so I downgrade to 64)

Works fine for me in Opera 65.0.3467.42 64-bit on Windows 10.

I think it's about time Opera considers removing Extended Validation SSL indicators from the address bar, just like Chrome, Firefox and Safari have. The EV UI does not protect users as intended.

@l33t4opera: Thanks it made a big difference compared to the 90% plus CPU usage before.

@andrew84 Probably just an important fix backported to 64 for those still using it and maybe for GX.

@andrew84 Interestingly, in this Assembly, when you hover over the tab on which the video or audio is played, the CPU load does not change.
