I hardly think that installing another extension just to change one parameter is worthwhile. If the body background is set, a script I have in Violentmonkey will make it darker if it is light. If no background is set, that script does nothing. I have a bookmarklet that can change the body background. I guess I should just settle for that.

Thanks for the answer anyway. I did find something about loading web fonts, but what I found indicated that the browser would skip loading if it would take too long.

If "no-store" means "no-cache", then if a page or an image or some other web element is set not to be cached, does that mean it cannot be saved?

Opera is using a port not assigned as a standard web browsing port to check for updates, and your firewall probably blocks it. Check the blog or here in the forums - or subscribe to the blog's newsfeed - to see when a new version comes out and download it manually. (You can even install the new version while Opera is running, but you'll have to restart Opera once the installer finishes.)
I have seen that message once or twice when there were network issues between here and Norway, but never for very long.

Following up on my last 2 posts (which are awaiting approval):

Opening the 'here' link to this thread from Comment 15261648 in another thread in a new tab (by right clicking) and clicking on the new tab reliably crashes Opera, including 44.0.2510.1159, which I just updated to, and 44.0.2510.857. On a MacBookPro9,2 with 10.12.4 Beta (16E175b).

Just for the record, locking the Favicons file in the profile does indeed stop them from appearing in the bookmarks.

I have a problem with Facebook as well, page is still loading, content is partially loaded, can't scroll or do anything. I just updated to 44.0.2510.1159, cleaned cache and cookies, but problem still appears. With Facebook only. I checked with Chrome - there is everything fine.

Hi @petrivilino, you can do this using the Developer Tools. Enable them using View -> Show Developer Menu, then click Developer -> Developer Tools and click the icon that looks like a tablet and a mobile phone overlaid on each other. This allows you to set any resolution you like and see the results.

Hello @kslatta, make sure you download the so-called "Pepper" or PPAPI version of Flash.

If you visit https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ directly from Opera it should give you the correct version.
