I tried turn off ad blocker and many other options. There are not any extra features open and even if I turn on them it shouldn't be a problem. I used this pc on far more challenging activities. İt was not the best for sure but its realy not normal to lagg like this on even the simplest task.

Some advice from our engineers:

"Check the Opera DNS settings, maybe they're set to “secure DNS” in Opera in which case the local resolver doesn't work, so they can't see sites on the LAN."

Check it and let us know.
If it doesn't work, please share more details, especially browser version.

I definitely had a different model for what Workspaces were. It's a little weird that when I create a new workspace in a given window, it appears in all my windows (existing and new). I think that's what made me think workspaces were shared across windows.

It is helpful to have method to insure all windows, workspaces, and tabs are retained. I won't be closing any individual Opera windows unless I'm okay with losing all the tabs/workspaces associated with the window.

macOS 15.7.4
Apple Silicon M5 MacBook Pro

Opera 125 – system theme sync works correctly
Opera 126+ – "Follow system" no longer responds to macOS light/dark changes

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Set Opera theme to "Follow system"
  2. Change macOS appearance between Light and Dark
  3. Opera does not update

Reinstalling Opera and resetting the profile does not fix the issue.

Broken in 126
