As @sgunhouse stated: '...anything could have happened between then and now.' Unless somebody knows the poster personally, if he voluntarily pulls back from posting for reasons unstated, then any number of explanations might exist regarding the 'why' and any number of other things may have occurred in his life subsequently. It's just the way things are in the blogosphere. Others are of course free to speculate about what happened and why, but it all remains speculation.
@aeyoun That fix the same in the stable channel? Opera Helper still crashes after changing opera://flags/#proprietary-media-types-playback to default (which is disabled in Stable stream), @aeyoun I can email you the crash report (I have the Apple Problem Report for Opera Helper open in the background (send you the text))
25.0.1614.68 still has the Opera helper crashes (Sent all of the crash reports to Apple) that crashes also happen with a loud buzz from the speakers (any audio that is playing is lowered down before the buzz and then back to normal afterwards)
Also I don't know why the Spelling and grammar is greyed out in the edit menu (on this comment box and in the Desktop team blog comments)
Strange I never got an email even tho I the discussion
Just tested with Opera Mini 10 on iOS 8.2 and it worked fine (might be the change in Presto engine )
Edit: the Trip Planner, Schedule Finder, Rider Alerts are hard to tap on (Desktop UA string) on the right of the page
Wow, that's interesting. I'm always interested in more browsing speed. I sure hope when it comes to Opera, with this 64 bit version, if you install it, your profile, bookmarks, speed dial, etc. from an earlier 32 bit version will carry over.
Although, if you prefix your thread subject with "Opera Mail - " in the forum for the OS you're using, it'll be seen just fine. And, people won't have to ask what OS you're using as much (although it's still good to clarify).
Would not be confusing for them, they should at least know what the name of the OS they are using is
So they should post an issue on the "Opera for Desktop" area or at the "Opera for <Some OS here>" area?
(also the reddit post is now a 404)
