I stopped using Opera entirely even on desktop coz I need bookmarks synced on mobile devices, but what they offer for iOS is downright insulting. The fact they removed Opera Mini hardly changes anything, coz it was that bad with it's stupid news nonsense being central element of it. I want browser not a god damn news app. And that stupid defaulting of search engine to Google pissed me off beyond belief since I'm using DuckDuckGo. Opera Touch is even worse. It doesn't even know how to sync bookmarks. Like, what's the point?!
Opera for desktop is absolutely brilliant, one of best browsers. But their versions on iOS are just pathetic.

When I tap on an icon it opens that app, for example, HR Block.
You are at Opera Mini start page/speed dial, right? You need to tap on the site shortcut, hold it and move it to the trash.
How do I get to this Play Store?
You click on the Play Store icon in your Android phone.
Opera Mini disapeared from Japanese App Store, too! So, I asked to Opera official Twitter. Opera Staff said " Opera Touch is our new browser for iOS and we have decided to focus on it for most markets. In some markets we still offer Opera Mini for iOS."
Opera official acount's tweet↓↓
I think this stopping to offer may means that Opera Mini for iOS will be finished to develop nearly future.
Incidentally, If you had experience installing Opera Mini over one time, You can download from App Store app [Account >Purchased] in the case of not exist Opera Mini in your countries App Store. I wrote this way in my blog.
