DNA-120725 Parent menu’s item is invisible when expanded

Almost ok. But still parent menus still have the barely visible highlighting box. Sometimes (if there are more than two menu levels opened) 1st level's menu has the highlighting box but the 2nd one does not and the last one menu has it again.

*Also, the arrow itself > (along with folder icon and internal pages icons) is not white but some grey and toolbar's popups still have the barely visible dark text issue .
