@thebluesheep I agree. I have to go now, it was nice talking.

As far as I remember, the most stable - good version was 102.0.4880.70, then they started introducing something new and still cannot make a completely stable working version.
Sadly
This is for Windows 10 -

Another question is why Opera consumes more than twice the RAM compared to Edge, only the express panel is open in both places ?

@leocg Yep. I don't have any issues with Opera being laggy or using CPU.

@kened Known issue. DNA-112198. 23H2 broke GX profiles a couple of months ago. Opera is still trying to figure out the cause so that it can be fixed.

@bestcodes: I always use the latest version (LVL5 (core: 105.0.4970.63)), but this has been happening for a long time. I've already tested it on Windows 11 stable, beta, dev and canary. The error persists in all versions.

@bestcodes You should also check in "Background tasks" in Windows Task Manager, it happens that Edge (and sometimes Opera or Firefox) is split between Applications and Background tasks

@bestcodes I've opened the site formerly known as Twitter in a private window; gone to a post with many replies; travelled down to a reply which itself has one or more replies; view those replies; go back (expecting to return to the reply to the original post); get sent back to the top post. This also happens with Facebook, and did not happen until a few months ago. I'm using the Debian build.

@kened https://forums.opera.com/topic/68784/manage-profile-doesn-t-show-created-profiles has some workarounds you can try for now if needed.
