Since the new Opera, I have been experiencing a phenomenon where the main window switches to the tab opened in a private window behind the main window without my permission

This update has only just arrived via repository. I should have read the comments -- last session was lost. Thankfully, I use the Session Buddy and Marvellous Suspender extensions, but they'll restore all the tabs to one workspace, and someone's decided we no longer need tab scrolling. Take it from a longtime and quite intensive user that tab scrolling was very worthwhile.

@ironbone: I've only just received it. Back up your session, if it's important to you!

Has the Opera team finally approved the use of this contrast highlighting in the context menu? As for me, it is very negative for perception. Why not leave it as it was before, with a less eye-catching gray backlight?

@vegelund Your comment is not relevant, Google The American company that has imposed the most sanctions on Russia and for some reason vk.com works fine in Google Chrome.
The browser should be out of politics, it should serve the people who use it and so gain popularity, I don’t like Chrome and I love Opera, but when the vk.com I go to does not work Picture in picture and in Chrome everything works fine how can I be with picture in picture? -

Yes, according to people in-the-know here, this colour is a conscious design choice, based on telemetry data, Opera's own market research and their designer's knowledge of current tendencies in the browser market.
The stupid people over at Google must have been sleeping in class. Go figure.

I stand by my comment.

The majority of VK shares are owned by Gazprombank and Sogaz, two Russian companies on the US and EU sanctions list.
I feel Opera, a Norwegian company, should not prioritize support for this platform.

Hello, after the lastest update my opera browser became broken. There is no text or pictures, even in the browser menus.
https://imgur.com/WptPMsZ like on this screenshot.
How can I fix it?
