Opera 84.0.4316.0 developer update

I've a couple of problems to report:
The first, I'm not sure if it's an Opera bug or extension bug. Here, a "painter" thread crashes on low memory. It only seems to happen with certain sites and doesn't affect most tabs. Opening the site in a new window always works.
WhatsApp in the sidebar seems to screw up WhatsApp Beta. It sometimes just stops being able to log-in, forcing one to set up a new connection. I assume this is down to the sidebar sending some half-baked transactions.
The thread priority of the sidebar is probably too low for me but this is a slow laptop (early AMD Fusion). Also, the default of picture-on-picture really screws up playing music on YouTube. Can we revert it?
Lastly, can we have a setting to stop giving small extensions their own thread? It's easy for them to take up 1GB whether they're being used or not.

What would be the problem? It seems to work fine here.

That's how Chromium works, so Google would need to change it.

@leocg: Yeah it works great, I just don't want it if I'm merely listening to music.

Ahh yes, was too busy remembering problems and forgot.
There are apparently some options in Chromium. None do what I want but might play with it anyway.

@davidgould Just disable it then. If you just click on the button to return to original tab, it will stop working.

@andrew84 I received it once. Thought it was strange, so I just closed Opera instead of interacting with the dialog. Now it doesn't show anywhere.

@burnout426 I had it twice, yesterday now, but it was fine this time.

"DNA-97252 Replace BABE with address bar dropdown with top sites": what is this? Do you gonna kill BABE?

These are the problems I have to report:
On the first issue, I'm not sure if it's an extension problem or an Opera problem. One of the threads crashes when memory is low. Only certain sites seem to be affected, and not all tabs. New windows always resolve the issue.
It seems that WhatsApp Beta in the sidebar causes it to malfunction. Logging in sometimes stops working, forcing the user to establish a new connection. My assumption is that the sidebar is sending some half-baked transactions.
The thread priority of the sidebar is probably too low for me, but this is an older AMD Fusion laptop. -

An old problem is back:
When I reload https://www.swr3.de/ or come back to this tab after a while (a self-updating page) the upper red bar with the image of the moderator and the song list of the last titles is collapsed. It has to stay open if I once have unfolded it with the arrow on the right side of the bar.

It was delivered to me once. Rather than interacting with the dialog, I just closed Opera. It is no longer visible.
