@SheriffOfGrace I don't ask much. I simply would like the basic things worked as smooth as in pre One versions.
Particularly I mean tabs management on the tabstrip for example. And this still looks broken for me (since the One version announcement ~2 years ago). And some other issues related to habitual features which still stay unfixed.Look what I mean as an example (maybe it's an uncommon scenario, but still the issue exists).
I simply want to insert speed dial tab between Opera and youtube tabs. First of all it's a lottery where the tab will jump. Despite of visually it will be inserted before the youtube tab, after mouse button release the tab is jumping on the first position. And it also blocks tabs sliding, tabs restore their positions. Also, after clicking 'new tab' button new tabs is creating somewhere in the middle, not as the last one.

How are you supposed to go to another work space with the sidebar turned off? Shouldn't this be readily be available without defining a custom shortcut for each work space?
I had suggestion regarding this. Simply an icon (optional in Settings) next to the address bar, indicating what workspace is in use plus dropdown on click allowing to select workspaces.

@pilis00: We've looked into the issue, and it appears we can't reproduce it on the developer version of Opera. Everything seems to be working smoothly on our end. Could you let us know if you're experiencing the same issue on the developer version? This information would be really helpful for further troubleshooting.

Frozenfan53 last edited by@daria19: The miniplayer does not popout when I hover the cursor over it, it just says player. This problem is only with Spotify.

@whisperer: Thanks for the feedback! The changelog focuses mainly on major changes. We understand that smaller fixes matter too and will try to improve the detail in future updates.
A fix for a crash when accessing the menu is a minor change? Shouldn't the user be able to determine from the changelog whether this kind of bugs are fixed and thus worth it to update?

I'm working in private mode and dark mode (Windows) and press F11 (full screen) and F11 again to exit full screen. Now I hover over a link and my address bar and bookmarks bar look like this:

I don't like the tab island feature in current view (because of the zero customization mentioned many times on forum).
I just noticed the weird behavior is still not fixed and not explained. I mean the dropdown of tabs when hovering an island.
There's no dropdown visible until I turn on the 'Show tabs from the same domain in tab tooltip' toggle in Settings.
How does the toggle refer to islands with different tabs?? The tabs are not from the same domain for sure.
Also, items in the dropdown are not highlighted when hovered.

Confirmed in light mode. They are highlighted in dark mode.

@whisperer If I don't mistake, it's a known issue and already fixed in Developer. Private or dark mode doesn't matter here.
I don't know why it's still not backported. -

Flow is down, doesn't work on Opera 119.0.5497.88 Stable update Desktop, loading boot present and error with reset advice. Flow is a mess, Opera, do something or deleted from your browser.

To be honest, I find the quality of Opera's stable versions embarrassingly low. Someone described it as Opera being like a hobby project. I think I have to agree with that. I feel sad that I have to lower my expectations for Opera to such a level.
