Opera 106

Ah, so my tired old eyes weren't deceiving me - video lucid mode wasn't working in the previous Debian release.
I've recently discovered, by accident, that the scrollwheel is good for tab-scrolling, requiring less precision. Before that, I really wasn't enjoying the current implementation.

Now I'm sure Opera sells technology to Microsoft. Edge Insider Canary now has the ability to enhance videos like Opera.

So they didn’t fix the problem!
Tab thumbnails not showing on hover - windows 10
windows 10---not displayed!!! this happens if you close the browser and open it again!! -

What is the reason for the decrease in padding at the top, where the search line is?
Why not return it as it was in version 105?The Speed Dial looks much more aesthetically pleasing in version 105, when there are relatively few tiles

@tastodd They fixed a scrollbar issue on the speed dial. They could fix the new bug, too, if they added a
margin-top: 50px
attribute to the search box's CSS.Hi, I'm Best_codes! I'm a full-stack web dev who moderates on the makeblock forum. I have a website, https://bestcodes.dev. I love Opera, so I'm on here occasionally to report bugs and answer some questions.

@bestcodes I hope the developers will listen
Although Developer version 107 has the same problem -

I never had such a problem before Opera 106. After installing the 106 version, I only see a green screen in YouTube videos. There is sound but the screen is green. There is no problem on Dailymotion or other video sites. When I cancel the "Use hardware acceleration when available" option, the problem is solved. Why did this happen. Is this a bug?

@atarazzz87 try enabling/disabling the flag
opera://flags/#platform-h264-decoder-in-gpu

@tastodd They have so far listened to all of my bug reports except one, so they should.

It happens to be the best update for me for a long time, actually. Everything is working fine.

Previously, site icons were displayed, but now they are not displayed, is it the same for everyone?

Do developers read the problems we report?
If so, why don't they fix the problems?
They do not care? -- did they want to give a damn? -

@korol78 The developers certainly do read your requests and fix your problems. It's probably a lot easier for them to do that if you are polite and patient. A coder myself, I understand that you can't just magically change a couple lines of code and a bug will be fixed, especially for a project as large as a browser. All you have to do is create a polite new topic, describe your issue clearly, and then be patient.
In fact, this update fixed nearly all the bugs I have recently reported.

@korol78 Yes, they read and take all reported issues in consideration.
However, there are some situations that people reporting those issues should also take in consideration:
-
Just because something doesn't work as you like, it doesn't mean that it's a bug
-
Not all reported issues are (easily) reproducible
-
Not all issues are easily and rapidly fixable.
-
Bugs have different priorities and may not be the same as yours

Still has a completely breaking bug of screen going black randomly. Happens on 5 different machines and has been ongoing for at least 103.
