I still have the "Opera AI Prompts" plugin disabled (I was able to do it via the extension https://addons.opera.com/en/extensions/details/v7-extension-manager/) and still sometimes popups in plugins Violentmonkey, Dark Reader and Stylus are not working properly. However, when the "Opera AI Prompts" plugin is active, pop-ups in the three above-mentioned extensions do not work properly at all.
My proposals for changes in Opera (Google Document).

Will you release opera-beta 97.0.4719.17 and opera-stable 97.0.4719.28 for Ubuntu?

@jojo0587: thanks for reporting this. So far haven't been able to reproduce it, but definitely not intended behaviour. You mentioned in previous post that on clean portable installation it works for you. Do you have perhaps some flags in non-default state on opera://flags or perhaps you remember changing some settings?

@kened I have long suggested to Opera to make a more modern design in accordance with Windows 11. This function could be implemented through the flag
