@skpyHello guys.
I confirm, I have the same problem, also in Private mode. Nevermind if I press F11 or try contex-menu, window is only fast blinking and does not close fullscreen mode. Well, for me it looks like it try to return from fullscreen, but immediately returns to full.@skpy
You have to close all tabs, then close Opera and start again - it will open not in fullscreen.My configuration is:
Linux Mint 19.1 Tessa [Mate edition]
4.15.0-58-generic -

No line here again between adress bar and bookmark bar. Tested on a clean profile. Could anyone confirm that? -

@eugene-b: what you mean? There was never line between address bar and bookmarks bar (including pre-reborn3 versions).

another workaround is to alt+F4, close opera and start it againg with "--start-maximized" option. This will restore all tabs and cancel fullscreen

@andrew84: really? It was like this for me before the latest build:
Is it the same, when you disable or enable Reborn 3?
opera://flags/#reborn-3-dropdown -

Yes. (there was a bug recently when that line was visible, but it was just a bug)

He means the line between the address bar and enabled bookmark bar, not the underline.

@ralf-brinkmann Sorry, I just remember that you had issue with the invisible underline and I thought that you misunderstood that he means the other line.

It doesn't matter how the line is named. I want to know if there is a difference. I hope eugene-b can answer this question.

Will all installed extensions also open in the sidebar and they can be turned on and off without going to the extensions page, like the same history and bookmarks that open in the sidebar?

@leocg: Here is an example of which I speak in the form of extensions
