thanks for help, but unfortunately i am not able to connect from Opera for Android. I tried a couple of time.
Opera Touch can connect, but Opera for Android cannot.

I am using:

• Desktop: Opera Developer 73.0.3847.0
• Opera for Android: 60.3.3004.55692
• Android: 6.0.1 [My Xiaomi device does not get update to newer version anymore ]

It is a pitty, cause Flow is very handful feature. Maybe onnext releases it will start working on my devices.

Hi, did you manage to connect to Flow from Opera for Android? I am trying, I even completely reset my flow on desktop and now neither Opera Touch nor Opera for Andk can connect to Flow

Will I lost my content in Flow? I am using it to do NOT lost my things, to remember stuff and now i have to reset it to connect a device? Does not sound good...

Hello guys.
I confirm, I have the same problem, also in Private mode. Nevermind if I press F11 or try contex-menu, window is only fast blinking and does not close fullscreen mode. Well, for me it looks like it try to return from fullscreen, but immediately returns to full.

You have to close all tabs, then close Opera and start again - it will open not in fullscreen.

My configuration is:
Linux Mint 19.1 Tessa [Mate edition]
4.15.0-58-generic

Hi,
I tried your solution, I deleted file CurrentSession, launched Opera again and exiting fullscreen still does not work.
I switched on full screen both ways: by pressing F11 button and from context-menu and for both ways exiting is not possible.

Thanks for a tip, but I also tried that, it does not work...
When I try to context menu or F11 button, the Opera's window is behaving strange, it blinks for a less than second and I can see it tries to change the size to normal, but then it again goes to fullscreen
