b can only block autoplay videos old versions of opera, recent new versions I don't see the setting of autoplay videos.

@attila Never heard of "content:" as a protocol. Usually it would be "file:".
That protocol was added by opera and neither "file://" works.

solution (Samsung): go to the settings of the "One UI home" application, press "forsce stop".
