Disablle opening Duplication Tabs of a Single Page

I have downloaded Opera for android on last 30th of May. Recently i've been using opera with samsaung galaxy tab 6 lite. I'm a type to open a lot of tabs(sometimes over 200) and browse webs pages and read all day. The problem i am recently facing is i happen to open a single tab for like 3 times making unnessary tabs to to be opened!! I would really like to know if there's a feature for opera to not make new tab of the same page if one have originally exsists or like notice would be given when same picture or doc/ etc. is downloaded on the PC. Anything with managing tabs duplication would save me!!!
I would be very thankful if anybody know, please share me about it!! Or if there isn't yet please consider developing this feature please!!
