@leocg I had run an anti-virus and cleaned some other problems too but i also discovered the cause of the problem. Which is not related to the browser or at least not directly. It was a website that i am using that was having pop up ad system which normally always blocked by Opera but seems they either changed something or my Opera got lazy so it started to show itself. Added it to the adblock list as an extra measure which now closes the pop up easily. Though why it didn't before i do not know. Anyway thank you for helping me.
It's legit and the notification and extension are built into Opera. Your only option is to click "Not now" and then it won't bug you for a while. If it still bugs you every single time after clicking "Not now", then there's something wrong.
@rkumarr yes I know this site, this is what I was wondering because none of the browsers I have tried there except the tor browser has passed the fingerprint test.
Told you this (Opera) company keeps falling down & down. Management & Developers acts like a great db a & doesn't care about users.
Poor quality of their products & service. Day by day it gets even poorer. Quality keeps falling. Company revenue gets falling down, company's share market gets falling down.
These d**b poor crappy Chinese turns the company down. Go to hell....
No ads are acceptable, so if this is the case I’ll stop using Opera on all my devices. If there is no way to block off all ads, even those Opera’s management find profitable and “acceptable», there is no way I’ll keep using Opera on either iPhone, iPad, Mac nor PC.
Also, you formed your answer like a question. You are a moderator; do you know the answer 100%? Then reply. If you are uncertain, don’t.
