The problem only seems to go away when I don't have any tabs in other workspaces, although that's really inconvenient when I want to have separate work and home tabs.

They blocked Opera because Opera has a built-in VPN can unblock all website which the Egyptian regime trying to prevent anyone inside Egypt from seeing it.

I don't think so, but maybe FileMaker could do something of that kind... I always tried to open the document and not the program itself. But I never succeed with the long story of the macs I used... It cannot open itself as demanded. I have to help him to open... If I don't do it, it stay in the middle of the process. I'll try to withdraw FMPro and see if it will be fixed...
It seems it doesn't work the same on macos x.
The interface language is determined by the language of the interface of macos x.
I want a different interface language for Opera.
My Opera installation fixed itself after about three hours. Note that I didn't actually open any window. Even closed the application. Just let Opera do its thing in the background.
@stevenjcee DNAWIZ-90708 is the bug number I reported to Opera, I'm not sure how people can view the report, outside of Opera employees. I think it might be related as all 67.x versions are effected ...
