DNA-96991 Tab X button doesn’t work correctly

Not fully fixed.
If closing tabs next to the first speed dial tab, the 'X' is still there(until hovering by cursor)

@andrew84: we have few more issue with tabs in this build. Like tabs expanding/collapsing when unintended. Already fixed those internally so hopefully next week build should have all those issues solved.

@gmiazga It'd nice if you'd consider making the fast tooltip's dropdown (tabs from same domain) optional in settings or making the list expandable (and remember its state). There are multiple complaints on forum also.

I noticed that Chrome Canary has thumbnail tab strip flag.

I guess this is the same feature which Opera used to have in the past.
I think that the scrollable tab strip in Opera should also have tiles(thumbnails) mode, then it will be really something valuable. Simple scrollable tab strip is not very handy.
So implement(return) the scrollable thumbnails strip in Opera.
